Let's Make A Sea Life Collage....

Now that summer has arrived and school and pre-school programs are finished for the year, you may find yourself looking for a few fun-ilious activities to keep the children busy and happy for a few hours.
To continue with our sea theme that was started on Monday with a Sea Creature Lunch,
here is a fun piece of artwork to make with your little people which involves all of the things small hands love....gluing, painting & choosing fun sea creatures.
My daughter made this artwork at when she was 4 years old with a family friend and it was one of her favourite pieces of artwork ever.
Are you ready?
Let's get busy with a sea creature collage!

For this activity, you will need:

White paper plates {2 per picture}.
Blue paint to paint the 'sea'.
White school glue.
Paint Brushes.
Sand or graham crackers crumbs to make the 'seabed'.
Assorted foam sea creatures & seashells to make the picture. {I got mine from the dollar store}
String & a hole punch to hang the collage.
Directions:
Paint the bottom third of paper plate with glue, as shown.
Sprinkle sand or graham cracker crumbs to make seabed.
Paint the rest of the paper plate blue to 'make' ocean as shown. Let dry for a few minutes.
Glue seashells and sea creatures to 'seabed' and 'water' to make a beach picture.
Cut out the middle part of the 2nd paper plate, as shown.
Glue 2nd paper plate on top of beachy picture to make frame.
Punch hole in top of picture frame and insert string to hang the beach collage.
And here you have a super-licous SEA LIFE COLLAGE to hang!
Wishing you a great time creating fun memories with your little creatures!
